My Approach

Most coaches know training. Some know nutrition. Very few can read a comprehensive metabolic panel and connect the dots between your hormones, your thyroid function, your inflammatory markers, and why you can't lose the last 15 pounds no matter what you do.

I can. Because I've lived it.

At 19, my testosterone was 63 ng/dL, so low that no amount of discipline could overcome what my body wasn't producing. I ruptured both patellar tendons in separate years and was told I'd never train the same way again.

I fixed all of it. Not with shortcuts. With clinical knowledge, relentless self-experimentation, and an obsessive attention to detail that most people don't have the patience for.
